Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at info@6ixarchive.it.
Cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed, as orders may be processed and dispatched shortly after purchase.
If we accept the cancellation before dispatch, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or intercepted. EU customers may still exercise any applicable statutory right of withdrawal after delivery. Non-EU orders are final and cannot be voluntarily cancelled, returned or exchanged after dispatch.

Returns

We generally do not accept returns. We mostly work on consignment, therefore, out of respect for the private sellers who entrust us with their goods, we cannot guarantee accepting returns. However, if you are experiencing problems with your purchase, do not hesitate to send us an email at info@6ixarchive.it. If you would like to relist for sale your purchase and/or other goods from your personal collection, we invite you to check out the “sell with us” page.

If you are an EU resident, you might still be eligible for a return, on the condition that the items are unworn, perfectly intact, and with all the original tags and security seals still attached, in their original packaging, exactly as you received them. Failing to follow any of these conditions might result in your refund request being declined and the item(s) shipped back to you at your expense. Please submit your return request, within 14 days from delivery, by sending us an email at info@6ixarchive.it. You will be provided with a return address, and you’re fully responsible for the shipment, which must be tracked. 

Refusing delivery, failing to collect the parcel or failing to complete customs clearance does not constitute a valid cancellation or return.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of vintage collectible items, we would like to inform customers that certain products, such as vintage shoes made of delicate materials (rubber, synthetic leather), are sold exclusively as collectibles. These items are not intended for wear and may be fragile. Therefore, if such items are worn after purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply under EU law. Please carefully review product descriptions before making a purchase.
