refund policy

We generally do not accept returns. We mostly work on consignment, therefore, out of respect for the private sellers who entrust us with their goods, we cannot guarantee accepting returns. However, if you are experiencing problems with your purchase, do not hesitate to send us an email at info@6ixarchive.it. If you would like to relist for sale your purchase and/or other goods from your personal collection, we invite you to check out the “sell with us” page.

If you are an EU resident, you might still be eligible for a return, on the condition that the items are unworn, perfectly intact, and with all the original tags and security seals still attached, in their original packaging, exactly as you received them. Failing to follow any of these conditions might result in your refund request being declined and the item(s) shipped back to you at your expense. Please submit your return request by sending us an email at info@6ixarchive.it. You will be provided with a return address, and you’re fully responsible for the shipment, which must be tracked.

Most importantly, we take fraud very seriously. All of our shipments are well documented and we always ship in brand-new packaging. Therefore, if you notice the packaging is damaged or already open, we kindly ask you not to accept it from the courier. We will not refund any orders in case you accept it.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of vintage collectible items, we would like to inform customers that certain products, such as vintage shoes made of delicate materials (rubber, synthetic leather), are sold exclusively as collectibles. These items are not intended for wear and may be fragile. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these items under EU law. Please carefully review product descriptions before making a purchase.
