The sections “sell with us”, “refund policy” and “privacy policy”, accessible from the footer, form integral parts of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified, amended or updated at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting.
The date of the latest update is indicated at the bottom of this page. Eventually it can be verified via Shopify.
This website is provided by 6ix Archive di Cosimo Somma, an Italian company with its registered office at via Ferreria 74, 84081 Baronissi (SA), VAT no. 06262120659. The terms “6ix Archive”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to 6ix Archive di Cosimo Somma. "You" and "your" refer to the user of this website and the purchaser of our products. "Website" refers to www.6ixarchive.com, including all subpages and related content. "Products" refer to the second-hand clothing items and accessories available for purchase on our website. "Order" refers to your request to purchase products from us through our website. "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Salerno.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website.
1. Products Offered for Sale
6ix Archive offers for sale all types of clothing, accessories, jewelry, and footwear—new or pre-owned—as well as books, magazines, and other collectible items.
1.1 Important: Vintage Items
Certain products (e.g., shoes over five years old) will be marked “VINTAGE” and include a description stating they are collectibles only. By purchasing and using such items, the customer waives the right of withdrawal and/or any warranties.
1.2 Authenticity & Non-Affiliation
All items sold on this site are guaranteed authentic, pre-owned products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any other way connected to the original brands or manufacturers. Our resale of these goods is permitted under the EU “exhaustion of rights” doctrine (Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1001, Article 15), which allows the lawful owner of a trademarked item to resell it anywhere within the European Union. Sales are subject to local trademark-exhaustion laws in the destination country; the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the import and resale of genuine goods complies with local regulations.
1.3 Product Images
All product images displayed on this site depict the actual item you are purchasing. If a product is offered in multiple sizes, each size has its own images showing the exact item for that size.
1.3.1 Color Variations
Due to differences in display settings—such as color calibration, brightness, contrast, and screen resolution—the appearance of a product on your device may vary from its true appearance. Please allow for slight variations in color tone, intensity, and material texture.
1.4 Measurement Tolerance
All product dimensions are measured with care; however, please allow for a tolerance of up to ±3 cm due to manual measurement methods.
1.5 Sanitization & Condition of Pre-Owned Items
Pre-owned items are thoroughly cleaned prior to sale, following the care instructions on their labels whenever possible. For items that cannot be laundered, specialized sanitizing products are used. All visible defects or signs of wear that affect the overall appearance are shown in photos and/or described in the product listing; however, please be aware that minor, inconspicuous signs of use (e.g., lint, very light scuffs) may still be present.
2. Pricing
2.1 Product Pricing
All product prices are determined at our sole discretion and reflect current market values, condition, rarity, and other relevant factors.
While we strive to price each item fairly and transparently, we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error (e.g., typographical mistake or system malfunction), we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, or to contact you for confirmation at the correct price before processing.
2.2 Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the chosen delivery service.
We offer the least expensive standard shipping method by default. Should you request express, insured, or otherwise upgraded shipping services, additional charges will apply.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer or explicitly agreed in writing.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by local authorities are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
2.2.1 Rate Adjustments & Surcharges
Shipping rates may be adjusted due to carrier surcharges, fuel price fluctuations, or changes in international shipping regulations. Any such adjustments will be reflected in your order total at checkout.
In the event of significant rate changes after an order has been placed but before shipment, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the updated rate or cancel for a full refund.
2.3 Order Confirmation
Your order confirmation email will include a breakdown of product prices and shipping charges. Please review all charges carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions or discrepancies.
3. Promo Code Policy
Promo codes, also referred to as discount codes, may be distributed to customers via email newsletters upon subscription or through our official social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and X. The availability of promo codes may be limited by time or quantity.
To apply a promo code, customers must enter it in the designated field during the checkout process on our website. The discount will be reflected in the order total before the purchase is completed. Only one promo code may be used per order, and promo codes cannot be combined with or stacked on other offers.
Each promo code has an expiration date, after which it will no longer be valid. Promo codes cannot be applied to products that are already on sale or discounted. Some promo codes may require a minimum purchase amount, and specific items or categories may be excluded from discounts. Any such restrictions will be clearly stated in the terms accompanying the promo code.
Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 6ix Archive reserves the right to modify or cancel promo codes at any time, including in cases of misuse or error, without prior notice.

4. Order Placement
To place an order, simply browse our online catalog, select the desired item(s), and add them to your shopping cart. When you’re ready to check out, click the cart icon and proceed to the checkout page. There you will be prompted to enter your shipping details and, if you have one, a promo code—please note that discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added or combined retroactively. Once you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of your purchase.
4.1 Shipping Restrictions & Order Cancellation
For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or carrier pick-up points; all orders must be sent to a valid street address where a recipient can personally receive the parcel. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, without providing a reason.
Under EU and Italian law, a contract of sale is only concluded when we confirm and dispatch your order. Until dispatch, we remain free to refuse or cancel any order. You may therefore be declined service provided that this is done on lawful grounds—i.e., not on discriminatory bases protected by law (such as race, gender, religion, etc.). 
5. Payment
We offer secure, real-time payment processing via Shopify Payments and the following methods: major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment is authorized and captured at the moment you place your order; your order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed. All payment data is encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. If you use a promo code, the discounted amount will be reflected in your order total before payment authorization. In the event of a payment failure, you will be prompted to update your payment method; unpaid orders that remain incomplete after 24 hours may be automatically canceled.
5.1 Out of Stock/Discount Code Errors
We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock and its availability status has not yet been updated. We also reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order in which a discount code has been applied incorrectly due to technical issues, misuse, or pricing errors. In such cases, the customer will be notified and offered the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. Discount codes must be used as intended and within their valid period; they cannot be applied retroactively or combined unless explicitly stated. 
6. Shipping Services & Destinations
6.1 Available Shipping Options
We offer two shipping services—Standard and Express—though availability varies by destination:
  Standard Shipping:
  Handling & Packaging Time: we typically hand orders over to the carrier on the same or      next business day; however, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.
  Transit time: typically 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. 
  Express Shipping:
  Handling & packaging time: we aim to dispatch your order on the same or next business    day; in rare cases, this may take up to 2 business days. 
  Transit time: typically 2–4 business days depending on the destination.
Both shipping options are available to most countries worldwide; however, certain destinations support only one service. During checkout, the shipping methods available for your address will automatically appear—if only one option is shown, it is the sole service we can offer to that location. If you only see Standard Shipping but would like Express Shipping, please email us at info@6ixarchive.it. We will check for alternate couriers and provide a quote for any additional cost. 
Occasionally, a purchase shipped via Standard service may be upgraded to Express; however, this is not guaranteed. 
If you require the parcel to ship no earlier than a specific date (e.g., because you will be unavailable to receive it), you must notify us at checkout or immediately after placing your order. 
Estimated delivery windows are provided for guidance only and commence once the order has shipped. Unforeseen customs delays, carrier disruptions, or local holidays may extend transit times. 
6.2 Packaging & Dispatch
All orders are packed securely to industry standards.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order departs our facility.
6.3 Changes or Cancellations
Requests to upgrade from Standard to Express (or vice versa) must be made as soon as possible and are subject to rate differences. Please note that any modification request is subject to our operational constraints and cannot be guaranteed, as orders are sometimes shipped immediately upon receipt. 
Cancellation requests made after dispatch cannot change the shipping service but may still qualify for return under our Returns Policy once delivered.
6.4 Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Parcels 
If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the buyer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel from a pick-up point within the carrier’s deadline, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees from the refund. In such cases, only the cost of the goods may be refunded. 
6.5 Damaged & Lost Parcels
6.5.1 Visibly Damaged Parcels
If, upon attempted delivery, the parcel is visibly damaged to the extent that the item’s condition is certainly altered, the buyer must:
  -Refuse acceptance of the parcel;
  -Photograph the damaged packaging (and, if possible, the damaged item) as proof;
  -Notify us by emailing info@6ixarchive.it within 24 hours of the attempted delivery.
We will arrange the parcel’s return to sender at our expense. Once the damaged parcel is back in our warehouse and the damage is verified, we will issue a full refund—including original shipping—within 5 business days. 
6.5.2 Lost Parcels
A parcel is deemed “lost” if there is no delivery scan or status update from the carrier within 30 days of shipment. If the buyer has not received the parcel in that timeframe, they must notify us at info@6ixarchive.it within 5 business days of the 30-day deadline. We will process a complete refund of the item(s) and original shipping cost within 5 business days of your notification. 
6.5.3 General Provisions
All claims under this clause must be sent from the email address used for the purchase. 
We will handle all communications and any insurance claims directly with the carrier; the buyer’s cooperation in providing tracking numbers and documentation is essential. 
7. Refund Policy
7.1 EU customers:
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to residents of the European Union. Any resident of the European Union has a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to any goods purchased on our website for which the customer requested customization.
The buyer is fully responsible for return shipping costs, which must be tracked and sent to the return address provided by us upon request. Within 14 days of the return request, if the goods have been successfully returned to us and verified, the buyer will be fully refunded the price of the goods plus any standard shipping cost, with the exception of express or alternative shipping services requested by the buyer; in such cases, we will refund only the standard shipping cost. Funds may take between 3 and 10 business days to appear in your account. Please note that delays may occur due to bank processing times, especially for card payments or international transactions.  
Most importantly, the goods must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were received—unused, clean, and including all original tags and security seals, in the same packaging as received.
We take all possible anti-fraud precautions, including branded packaging, security seals, and photo/video documentation of the packaging and handover to the courier. Any attempted fraud will be reported to the buyer’s country authorities and may result in legal action.
7.2 Non-EU customers:
Any purchase by non-EU customers is not subject to the right of withdrawal. It is at our sole discretion whether the buyer is eligible for return and/or refund. In such cases, after receiving the goods back, we will refund only the cost of the goods, excluding original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. Funds may take between 3 and 10 business days to appear in your account. Please note that delays may occur due to bank processing times, especially for card payments or international transactions. 
Returns must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on all customs documentation and accompanied by the original invoice marked “Returned goods – no commercial value.” The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is correctly declared. Any import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or penalties incurred due to incorrect or missing documentation will be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer. If such costs are excessive or prevent delivery, we reserve the right to refuse the parcel.
Return shipping costs and customs declarations are the sole responsibility of the sender. 
Most importantly, the goods must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were received—unused, clean, and including all original tags and security seals, in the same packaging as received.

7.3 How to request a refund
Buyers can submit a return request by emailing info@6ixarchive.it. The request must be sent from the same email address used for the purchase. We will then provide detailed instructions for returning the item(s). Please note that the right of withdrawal is guaranteed only to EU customers and only if the item(s) are in the same condition as received. 
7.4 Unauthorised returns & Damaged/Altered Items
Any return shipment sent without prior authorization from us will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
Returned goods must be in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
If items arrive back to us with signs of use, damage, missing parts, or altered in any way (including stains, odors, or removed tags), we reserve the right to:
  refuse the return and send the item(s) back to the customer; or
  accept the return but apply a restocking or refurbishment fee; or
  issue, at our sole discretion, a partial refund corresponding to the diminished value of the item(s).
7.5 Inspection & Notification
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Please note that we always video-record the receipt/unboxing and inspection of returns as proof against potential fraud.
If your return fails to meet our return conditions, we will notify you within 5 business days of receipt. 
7.6 Customer Liability
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping returns back to us.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
7.7 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
 Customized Items: any article for which you have requested personalization (e.g. printed designs, embroidery, fit alterations, replacement or removal of parts).
 Made-to-Measure Items: garments or accessories created specifically to your measurements.
 Altered-Condition Items: any item whose original condition has been changed, including but not limited to removal of tags or labels.
 Altered “Vintage” Footwear: shoes described as “VINTAGE” in the product listing, if their condition has been altered in any way—these are sold solely as collectible items and cannot be returned once altered.
8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 128–135), second-hand goods sold online benefit from a minimum 12-month legal guarantee of conformity, beginning on the date of delivery. This guarantee covers only items that were already manifestly defective or materially different from how they were described and shown on our site; it does not apply to damage or wear resulting from inadequate care or normal use.
A lack of conformity occurs when the item does not match its description, is unfit for its ordinary use, or lacks qualities promised. In such cases, you may choose between repair or replacement of the item, unless those remedies are impossible or manifestly disproportionate compared to the alternative. If repair or replacement cannot be offered, you may request an appropriate price reduction or rescission of the contract.
You must notify us of any lack of conformity within two months of discovering the defect, in accordance with Article 132(2) of the Consumer Code; failure to do so will forfeit your right to rely on the legal guarantee. To make a claim under this guarantee, you must retain and present the delivery slip and your order number.
All costs necessary to restore conformity—including shipping costs for returning the item to us and redelivery—are borne by the seller, unless such costs are disproportionate as set out in Article 130(5) of the Consumer Code.
9. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of 6ix Archive or its content suppliers and is protected by Italian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print pages or other content from the site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or transmission of the content, is strictly prohibited without our express prior written consent.
If you post, upload, or otherwise make available any content (such as reviews, comments, or photos) to the site, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media. You confirm that you either own all rights to any content you submit or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions.
The name “6ix Archive” and all related logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or trade dress of 6ix Archive. Any other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners.
If you believe that any content on this site infringes your copyright, please notify us immediately at info@6ixarchive.it. Your notice must include a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material on the site, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder. You must also confirm, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. We will promptly investigate the matter and, if warranted, remove or disable access to the infringing content.

12. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, as an online seller established in the EU we are required to provide you with a link to the EU ODR platform and our email address. If we cannot resolve a dispute amicably within 30 days of your first complaint, you may submit your case free of charge via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
